His Excellency Counselor Adel Fahim Azab, President of the State Council, received Mr. Christopher Stevens, Vice President of the World Bank Group, and the delegation accompanying him.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation with regard to digital transformation and infrastructure.
The Counselor, President of the State Council, welcomed the Vice President of the World Bank Group, and stressed the importance of cooperation and coordination with the Bank, with regard to digital transformation, and setting a timetable for its completion in all branches of the State Council.
The meeting also discussed benefiting from the expertise of the World Bank in the field of training judges of the State Council.
The World Bank work team reviewed the measures taken to implement the digital transformation action plan in coordination with the work team of the State Council and the Ministry of International Cooperation.
The Vice President of the World Bank Group stressed the bank’s keenness to cooperate and coordinate with the Egyptian State Council. To complete the digital transformation and expand the scope of reforms that serve citizens.
